Four Jay's Consulting, Inc. is an established Florida Licensed Consulting Engineering firm with over 35 year's experience providing engineering services to Condominiums and Community Associations, and Commercial, Municipal and Residential Clients throughout South Florida. Our team of engineering consultants is dedicated to providing responsive, quality, cost-effective technical support to our clients. Representative projects include the evaluation, analysis, and design of mechanical facilities and HVAC Systems, and due diligence evaluations of buildings and developments, including building inspections, destructive testing, water intrusion investigations and other forensic investigations.
